My name is Lamaya (La-may-ah) Jarrell. I am Afro-Indigenous, French Creole Black, & Scandinavian. I am a Woman of Wellbriety, Walking the Red Road of Recovery. My sobriety birthday journey began May 28, 2019, Many Stages LLC emerged in May 2021.

My art, born from the recovery of alcohol addiction, intertwines with the traditional craft of beading, reconnecting me with my culture and serving as a profound expression of my healing heart through my art.
